The Process: If you need to return an item, it must be in its original, 'unsupervised' condition (unworn and unwashed).
The Human Element: If we’ve made a mistake—a defect or the wrong size—we’ll fix it immediately at our cost. If you’re just having second thoughts, we’ll refund the item, but we ask you to cover the return shipping. We’re a small series, not a global giant; let’s keep it fair.
